New online short courses for autumn

Guildhall School launches a range of new online short courses for the autumn term.

Ten new online short courses will be taking place this autumn for a range of ages and abilities, across a wide array of creative subjects and art forms. These courses follow a successful series of short courses which have taken place over summer 2020.

The new courses follow regular weekly sessions allowing participants to learn from expert tutors wherever they are, through live interactive sessions, discussion forums and a variety of online resources accessible throughout the course.

They are taught by experts in their field from among Guildhall School’s teaching staff and graduates.

Our new courses for autumn include:

  • A Brief History of Brutalism at the Barbican
  • Arranging and Reharmonisation for A Cappella
  • Creative Writing for Performance
  • Guildhall Online Oboe Course
  • Introduction to Acting
  • Introduction to Shakespeare: an Experiential Workshop
  • Music Production in Logic Pro X: Beginner Course
  • Reading Theatre: a Play a Week
  • Scene Study
  • Sound Engineering for Musicians

The booking deadline for most courses is 22-23 September, with the exception of the Online Oboe Course which closes Monday 24 August.
