Biography

Highlight of my Time at Guildhall:

I have loved my time at Guildhall from Day 1 but one of my Highlights was opening night of my first Drama of Second Year where I was Automation Operator. This was a massive part of my learning and allowed me to explore my passions in Automation further.

Highlight of the industry:

The main highlight of the industry so far would be getting the opportunity to work for Wicked on the West End. This has allowed me to learn lots of professional practices which I have started to add into my own work.

Other passions which I have explored at Guildhall:

While I have been at Guildhall, I have also been very fortunate that I can carry on my work as a Scout Leader with a local Scout Group which has been a very large part of my life since I was little so the fact that I moved to London not knowing anyone, I knew that I had some form of familiarity behind me.

Something I have learned at Guildhall which will come into my future practice

One of the major aspects which I have learned so far at Guildhall were my hard skills of learning many different types of control console and rigging. Some other noticeable aspects include my people skills and conflict resolution which at time are crucial for the theatre industry.

What aspect am I most looking at working at in the industry?

I am looking at working in the Automation and Technical Management department but I have also have experience programming ETC Eos consoles so I could work in Lighting quite happily as well.
