In March, we were delighted to collaborate with London Sinfonietta, showing students four different approaches to composing a piece. There were four challenges: Postcard Pieces, Numbers and Patterns, Words and Music and Deep Listening to compose with. The students worked with their school teachers to create graphic scores, write their own lyrics or compose a piece based on number patterns.
On March 16, seven schools came together at Union Chapel to share their pieces in a fantastic concert and workshop led by three amazing representatives from London Sinfonietta.
