Biography
What's been your highlight during your time at Guildhall?
Being an assistant prop maker in A Midsummer’s Nights Dream was a great experience for which I was grateful. It was one of the first major opportunities I had to work with professional designers, and it was such an interesting prop make with a lot of different elements. I have certainly learnt a lot from that opportunity.
What has been your highlight in the industry?
Being a part of the stage crew in a production of My Fair Lady will always be a fond memory. It was a brilliant collaboration, and I enjoyed the chance to get to work on performance nights.
What other passions and projects have you enjoyed exploring during your time at Guildhall?
Whilst collaborating with Breach, a couple of teammates and I got the opportunity to work with designer, Anna Reid, in coming up with a set design for Jackal Run. This was an area that is not explored very often at Guildhall, and I have learnt some valuable skills from it.
What’s something you’ve learned that you feel will help you when you graduate?
One of the things I love about Guildhall, is it puts us in a professional environment whilst still being a training school. They are not afraid to give us challenging situations and this really prepares us for life in the industry.
What are you most interested in working in after you graduate?
I am a keen prop maker and modeller and would like to gain experience in both film and theatre.
