Event information

The outstandingly talented musicians of Guildhall Brass 22 (GB22) perform a mixed and entertaining selection of brass classics celebrating the rich, sonorous power of these instruments.

Beth Randell directs this musical journey that spans genres and centuries, including Gounod’s elegant Petit Symphonie for brass, Zequinha de Abreu's Tico-Tico no Fubá - an exuberant Brazilian classic bringing together the infectious rhythms of the samba and choro - the ethereal beauty of Ola Gjeilo’s Northern Lights, plus music by Schubert, Debussy, Brahms and Bach.
