Make lunchtime musical with a free, bite-size concert, suitable for everyone over the age of 5. Hear live music up close, in this showcase of instrumentalists from Guildhall School’s Orchestral Artistry programme.
This short concert will introduce you to the broad range of orchestral instruments and the exciting world of chamber music. Friendly introductions from presenter Rachel Leach will guide you through the concert, and there is a chance to ask your own burning questions in the Q&A session.
The London Symphony Orchestra's world-leading learning and community programme LSO Discovery enriches lives through the transformative power of music, with a year-round schedule of inspiring, inclusive opportunities for performers, creators and listeners of all ages.
While LSO St Luke’s is closed for a programme of works and upgrades for much of 2025, LSO Discovery is on tour all over London. This performance takes place in a beautiful Wren Church, just 300 metres from St Paul’s Cathedral.
This concert will finish at approximately 1.15pm. Not suitable for under-5s.
