Join us for an evening of sonic exploration as Guildhall’s talented pianists present Soundscapes, a captivating recital that delves into the rich, imaginative world of contemporary piano music in the superb acoustics of Milton Court Concert Hall.
Under the guidance of Guildhall professor Alexander Soares, this concert showcases the culmination of a six-month project focused on the creative exploration of sound, colour, and resonance.
The programme features a diverse array of innovative works, including rarely performed pieces, compositions for two pianos, and mixed media collaborations with Guildhall composers. Each performance reflects the individuality of the pianist, with carefully curated selections that embrace diversity and celebrate personal artistic identity.

Milton Court, based across the road from our Silk Street building, provides the School with world-class performance and training spaces, including a state of the art concert hall, a lyric theatre, a studio theatre and several major rehearsal rooms.
