Guildhall School set to ignite performance in executives and professionals

Guildhall School of Music & Drama is delighted to announce the launch of Guildhall Ignite (ignite.gsmd.ac.uk), its executive and professional training consultancy, enabling performance by coaching in and through the performing arts. The School is the only arts and education institution to combine outstanding executive coaching with personal performance training for business and creative professionals, using specialist coaches in the performing arts.

Previously called Guildhall Coaching Associates, Guildhall Ignite builds on the School’s expertise in coaching leaders as well as teams in a broad range of industries including the arts, education and business.

Guildhall Ignite offers accredited coaching and training to support executives and professionals in delivering inspiring and exceptional performance with a suite of programmes designed to enable leaders to respond to the contemporary challenges of the creative and corporate worlds.

There are three pillars of work:

· Personal Performance – for individuals seeking to ‘own their stage’ through one to one executive coaching, personality profiling, and voice and embodiment work, including ‘Taking Centre Stage’, ‘The Authentic Speaker’ and ‘Into The Spotlight For Women’.

· Enabling Performance in Others – for those who want to support their teams and benefit from EMCC-accredited coach skills training and coaching services, as well as coaching and mentoring courses offered at three levels: foundation, practitioner and CPD.

· Organisation Performance – training and bespoke interventions designed specifically to create and sustain harmonious performance across an organisation, including ‘Conducting Courageous Conversations’, ‘Resilient Teams’ and ‘Leaders On and Off The Stage’.
