Music Education Islington is the Music Education Hub for the London Borough of Islington. Led by Islington Council and Guildhall School of Music & Drama, the hub is delivered in partnership with Music in Secondary Schools Trust and leading arts organisations and funders. 

This five-day course is ideal if you are preparing for the ABRSM Grade 5 Music Theory exam and/or want to improve your knowledge of music theory.

This five-day course is a unique opportunity for you to develop your composition skills and write a piece for a small instrumental ensemble.

Sundial Court, the School's hall of residence, is located in Chiswell Street, just around the corner from the Silk Street building.

The School defines a care leaver as a young person who has been in the care of or have been given accommodation by, their local authority for at least 13 weeks including at the time of their 16th birthday.

The Junior Guildhall Kindergarten Course is a two year programme for children in Reception and Year 1 which sits under the umbrella of the Brass and String Training Programmes.

Designed for specialist jazz musicians, Junior Guildhall's Jazz Programme, run by Jonathan Taylor and Oliver Weston, delivers a full understanding of jazz performance. 

Junior Guildhall's Drama Course offers advanced training for children and young people between the ages of 13 to 18.

Junior Guildhall provides training programmes for students in Years 2 to 6 on string and brass instruments. Embracing Kodály, Rhythmics, ensemble training and individual instrumental tuition, the integrated courses provide an enjoyable first experience of music-making.
