We are immensely proud of our incredible Guildhall School community— and especially our loyal supporters—whose unwavering belief in our students has made it possible for us to take part in the Big Give Christmas Challenge 2024 for the very first time!

Every £1 given via our Big Give webpage between noon on 3 December and noon on 10 December will be doubled at no extra cost to the donor, until we reach our target of £80,000 for scholarships for our exceptional students.

Every individual who donates will help to fund a series of scholarships which can bridge the gap for our students between their dream and the reality of accepting a hard-won place at the School.

As the cost of living in London intensifies the financial strain on our students also increases, deterring many gifted individuals from applying. Our students have the potential to become the next generation of leading artists and make significant contributions to the global arts community. Without financial support, we risk losing a generation of talented young artists and the invaluable contributions their genius and dedication would bring to society.

Our goal is to ensure that every Guildhall student can fully immerse themselves in their training without financial constraints, allowing them to unleash their potential and make an indelible mark on the cultural landscape. To break financial barriers, we offer transformational scholarships based on merit and financial need, turning dreams into reality and empowering exceptionally talented applicants to join one of the world's top performing arts conservatoires.

Guildhall is a rare institution that delivers such high quality training and education, but also shows a genuine care for each student that supersedes reputation, statistics or ticking boxes.

Financial awards are an important part of a wider support system that wants to see every student do well, regardless of background!
