We're delighted to share Guildhall School's Annual Report for 2023/24, looking back at the many successes of our students, staff and alumni during the previous academic year.

It was a year full of outstanding achievements, jubilant celebrations and brilliant showcases of our students' incredible artistry.

We continued to top the rankings, placing first in the Complete University Guide's Arts, Drama & Music League Table for a third year in row. We also ranked fifth in the world for Performing Arts and fourth in the world for Music in the QS World University Rankings 2025.

Our world-leading Research department celebrated the School's largest ever research-related grant, with £1.4m awarded to Dr Toby Young by UK Research and Innovation for his Immersive Opera project.

We also marked a decade since the opening of our state-of-the-art Milton Court building, with a series of anniversary events showcasing Guildhall's world-class facilities and venues. Milton Court at 10 formed part of our stellar events season for 2023/24, with over 300 performances, masterclasses and more enjoyed by you, our brilliant audiences and supporters.
