Biography

What are you most interested in working in after you graduate?

I’m most interested in working as an Associate and Assistant Sound Designer for musicals, as well as a Production Sound Engineer.

What's been your highlight during your time at Guildhall?

Working on projects in the Bascule Chamber under Tower Bridge as both a Sound and Video Engineer has been a huge highlight. Working with composers and designers from all departments to create the show on a disguise media server was a fantastic experience.

What other passions and projects have you enjoyed exploring during your time at Guildhall?

I’ve spent quite a bit of time researching theatre history, specifically the history of sound reinforcement, which I have turned into a dissertation for my graduation project. I’ve also spent a lot of time developing a passion for good sound system documentation.

What's something you've learned that you feel will help you when you graduate?

Strong troubleshooting skills has been the skill I feel will benefit me most in the industry.
