Biography
What's been your highlight during your time at Guildhall?
Finding the car we used for our production of ‘The Angel Esmeralda’! It took us ages to find one that was suitable and to work out the logistics of chopping it in half, getting it to us from the scrapyard we found it in, and most definitely getting it into the building!
What's been your highlight in the industry?
Working on ‘Fairview’ at the Young Vic. Not only was the play one of the most incredible pieces I’ve ever seen, but I’ll always remember the nervous energy and excitement during the auditorium as we rushed around preparing for the first preview! We were all so proud to have contributed to such an amazing show and couldn’t wait for the public to see it!
What's something you've learned that you feel will help you when you graduate?
It’s OK not to know everything! The best moments I’ve had at Guildhall have been when I made a mistake and was able to learn from it and grow as a theatre maker. You never know what you don’t know until it hits you in the face!
What are you most interested in working in after you graduate?
Production Management and/or Lighting Design!
