What's been your highlight during your time at Guildhall?

I have had the opportunity to work alongside talented and motivated tutors and students throughout my 3 years. The combination of this has driven me to achieve the best I possibly can. Being surrounded by a community of people who put on shows of the highest calibre again and again has been an honour to be a part of. I would not trade my experience for any other.

What other passions and projects have you enjoyed exploring during your time at Guildhall?

I have diversified the education I have gained from this course and applied it to a plethora of varied experiences and jobs. My education has allowed me to become versatile and confident. Because of this I have been able and prepared to meet any and all expectations asked of me, from operating club lighting one evening to recuing the set of a small scale pantomime the next. Realising my love and fascination with working in live events.

What's something you've learned that you feel will help you when you graduate?

The school is incredibly focused and dedicated on developing the students as individuals. My communication and confidence since the beginning of my degree in 2017 has changed exponentially and will aid my path following this course.

What are you most interested in working in after you graduate?

I am inspired and looking forward to using all I have learnt over the past three years and channelling it into live events as well as other related areas. I thrive off the pace and pressure of working in these situations and I am confident in my ability to prep, deliver, react and respond accordingly. I will continue to work hard and with focus on any projects that come my way, building on the experience that I’ve gained at Guildhall.
