What's been your highlight during your time at Guildhall?

I would say that working with my cohort and some excellent companies such as Little Angel Theatre and Centre De Creation is what I want to highlight, not only learning a variety of skills, but also learning not to be afraid of making mistakes, to have the courage to try to step out of the comfort zone, to learn from the experience and improve my ability.

What's been your highlight in the industry?

It was the play Fake Ascetic. I learned to use the software Isadora to create multimedia effects for this play in a short period of time, and the director trusted my ability very much and gave me great encouragement. In the end, seeing these results projected on the stage of the National Theatre of China gave me a sense of achievement. This reinforced my belief in my ability to learn quickly, which also played a positive role in other future theatre productions.

What other passions and projects have you enjoyed exploring during your time at Guildhall?

The process of working with Little Angel Theatre was a surprise to me. I enjoyed the process very much and it brought a lot of fun. If given the opportunity, I would like to try more creative work.
