Biography
What's been your highlight during your time at Guildhall?
Working with my peers in the Design Realisation pathway and collaborating with other students across multiple departments has been the biggest highlight for me at Guildhall. There is a massive emphasis on collaboration at the school, and I feel incredibly grateful to be able to work with such supportive and kind hearted people every day.
What other passions and projects have you enjoyed exploring during your time at Guildhall?
Through my costume elective on the Spring drama, I was able to explore new avenues such as fabric sourcing, breaking down, pattern making, and even hunting for specific costume pieces in the heart of London’s busiest high street & charity shops! During a personal scenic art project, I was also able to explore new ways of painting by studying Van Gogh’s techniques and recreating one of his self-portraits on canvas using a palette knife.
What are you most interested in working in after you graduate?
After graduating, I am keen to explore a wide variety of areas and opportunities, however at the moment I am most interested in pursuing a career in film/TV industry as a scenic dresser or stylist.
