Event information

"Exponential ir/relevance" is a dynamic performance that explores the passing of time and the dualities of growth and decay, relevance and irrelevance through a collaborative experiment.

This piece brings together the ten members of the MACTPD cohort for a final project, staged at Guildhall School's Milton Court Theatre. The one act production is divided into ten segments, each crafted by a different member of the cohort, and seamfully woven together.

The performance is guided by the theme "The Power of Ten," with each participant developing a two-minute piece that collectively forms a larger exploration of the number 10. The show investigates the significance of the number 10 across cultural, socio-economic, scientific and mythological context, as well as it's relevance in contemporary society and the Arts.

This performance contains flashing images, the use smoke haze and strobe lighting.
