Pianist Robert Levin, arguably the world’s leading classical improviser, visits Guildhall School in his annual residency as International Chair of the Centre for Creative Performance and Classical Improvisation.
In this event he works with Guildhall School musicians on Beethoven's Piano Sonata No 29 and Schubert's Piano Trio No 2 in the third of four masterclasses.
As part of his Residency Robert also gives a lecture-recital, entitled Bach's Tonal Universe. on the evening of Friday 12 May.
