We're delighted to welcome bass-baritone Gerald Finley to work with outstanding Guildhall School singers in this open masterclass.
The Grammy Award-winning Canadian bass-baritone is a leading singer and dramatic interpreter of his generation, with celebrated performances at the world’s major opera and concert venues and recordings with major labels in a wide variety of repertoire. His extensive career is devoted to the complete spectrum of vocal art, encompassing operatic, orchestral and song repertoire, collaborating with the greatest composers, orchestras and conductors.
This masterclass will cover music by Ireland, Britten, Bachelet, Finzi and Browne, as well as Tom Cipullo and Tobias Picker.
